Please help :( i hope i dont kill my drive in ps2

Eh i should know better but know its already done, i was trying to find out what chip i have, i put the console to pieces, then pout it back again and... the console is working, inside i left the cd with some homebraw but when u pres open the tray dont go out !!!

i think all the cables are conected properly, the only idea i have now is when i tried to put the cable back into the laser i moved it and those white weels made like a scratch noise... hard to explain now, nothin seams to be broken like plastic... please help!

ps - ive trying conecting everythign back again, and now - console starts is operational, the blue led blinks for several seconds then goes off - i can go to dev1 mode etc - but the tray wont open at all. the laser moves btw - but the disk dont spin/read

I have no idea what i did but pls.. if there is possiblity to fix it please help me
