I would like to get some advice on how to solder the B-G-I points.
Normally you could see some copper and with a fiberpen I could prepare it good enough to solder them.
But with this V14 its nothing but green from the print (see attachment).

What am I supposed to do?

you need to scratch away the laquer with a scapel, pin or something similar but be careful not to go to crazy and completely take away the copper plate aswell

Are you saying that the points are clearly there but are covered or they are missing? If they're missing, you probably (obviously) have the wrong diagram. If they are there but just covered, I always use 800-1000 grit sandpaper on the end of a pencil until I get a nice shiny copper trace. I find that to be alot safer than scraping with a blade as it reduces the chance of lifting the trace.
