    Can somebody help me with this one....I just opened the mobo (V14 btw) and then closed it again....now the mobo is all DEAD!!

    I've checked PS1, and all other fuses i think, and no one seems blown. So my question is....what should i do?

    If you don´t modchipped it check the ribbon cable to the powerswitch.
    They are easy to bend so thay don´t work.

    It has been modded. But i removed the chip and it was working properly. The i unscrew the console and then put it pack and now not working. I switched the whole "switch" (including the cable) itself....but still the same

    Did you clean all soldring points?? re chel all fuzes

    I finally made it WORK! It was a short between the I and G-point...he had scratched too much so until there was a touch between these points and obviously the powerlid was dead because of that...

    But thank God it is working again
