New Ps-400w Lens

hello
does some 1 have experience with ps-400w and ps-400h .
i got a few sample lens and they are not working so good
it gives me bad results .

makes like a strong scream high sound .
it sometimes read only best media .
i tryed the ps-400w on 30004 .
and ps-400h on 30004r

I have very good results with the 400W but only on V9's and V10's.
Tried today on three V4's and the laser starts to read with a low pot below 1200 ohm. Laser light is than very strong. The same laser reads very well in a V10 at 2500 Ohm.
The performance with reading DVD-R is not so good, read problems with minor scratches.

i got replay from the manufacturer saying
1 PS-400W have some bug,and have stop production now
2 PS-400Q is the replace edition of PS-400W.It can support all V1-4,V9-10,CD,CD-R,DVD-R,DVD 5,DVD 9 For V9-10,it can work without obstacle.But for V1-4,it must be debuged very accurate before use.if so,it can work very well too
3 we also have PS-400H,it's the replace edition of PS-400R
