hi, i was just wondering if someone could help me with some information about lasers from the early ps2's, i know that new 400c lasers are not being made anymore and factory refurbished ones usually only work for a while.. now is there any way the we can bring the lasers back to life with the repair parts that are still available.. i see that certain parts are available but i havent been doing this for long enough to know the ins and outs of every item..
the parts i question are the new laser loops, laser diodes and new laser cables with the adjustable pots on them......
could someone please outline the parts needed to repair these dead lasers and maybe the basics to these repairs.....
