Laser unit don't move since Sommone fix

Hi everyone, sorry if my answer is anywhere in this forum but I don't found the solution.

First, I got a V12.0 PS2 for modding (My second V12... I don't like modding this shit but...) I have installer my old DMS3+ + the Somm0ne fix and now I have a big problem!

I have unmodded all this thing and reconnected the track and the problem is always here...

Probleme : The PS2 start, BIOS OK. I can go to the browser... The laser light always red but only for less than one second. The drive don't spin and the laser unit DON'T move... so I don't know how to test the board, I have remplaced one 303 SMD for test but noting, it's possible to test that without unsolder it?!?

I will post a pict tomorrow becose my Camera is out of batterie...

thats a reistor can be replaces with 1/4w carbon ristor from radio shack. if replacing tracking resistors remove SMD (303 V12),(686 V12.1),(01D is 100K no fix need as system is V12.2) with 100k on bolth and only need to add the summone fix on focus 4.3k-4.7k

alos use this as refrence for other replacenet reistors for same value

SMD Resistors are usually coded with a numerical equivalent of the familiar three band colour code. In the same way as wire ended components, precision resistors (1% or better) may be marked with a four digit code.
The first two (or 3) digits are the first two (or 3) digits of the resistance in ohms, and the third(or 4th) is the number of zeros to follow - the 'multiplier'.
Resistances of less than 10 ohms have a 'R' to indicate the position of the decimal point.

can you design on this picture how you do it?
please i need replace that component(303 resistor smd)

use 30k to replac 1 leg on each pad use 30awg to the board from 1/4w reistor

so i only need to do this?
