laser (12.0) doesn`t move!

Well I know this is a common problem, but I CAN`t find the solution

What I did:

Matrix Infinity installation (I see MATRX on boot) and Subzero fix

But the laser didn`t move, it only shines red, and then I replaced the WHOLE laser unit.... same problem. Then I removed the Subzero fix.... same problem

I checked all the fuses, all continity except ps11....
I bridged it, and I also tried a 63 FUSE.... problem still not solved
So what`s the freaking problem?? I have read a lot, but still no solution for me. Plz give me ALL the info you got!

And if I measure the focul and tracking coils

They are too low not?? So what`s the BIG solution?? Help

i have tyhe exact same problem as u and i installed thew sames as u but they wernt the problem coz it worked after i installed that but the problem came when i installed hd connect and didnt plug the laser in and didnt put the screws in and the metal case slid and did sumat. still not fixed it.

ps: did u put the K wire on the subzero

yeah, but now I removed subzero TOTALLY!

if you fix problem please tell me coz mines been nackerd for momnths now and it wos ma only ps2 with a good laser lol
