    any tips on how to solder to the 4 bios pins in a v7 without spiling solder onto the next pin. it is a major pain in the butt. or if you know of any place in utah that will solder it for you.

    Hi,

    you could try putting a razor blade on each side of the pin you need to solder to avoid spilling. I read about here:

    Those pins are not hard at all if u have correct equipment.

    I just add flux on all 4 pins, then add solder to them
    Then i attach the wire and solder them on.

    The flux help it stays on that pin.
    If u bridge, remove wire, add more flux, heat the pin and the solder goes over to just one pin and bridge removed.
