http://www.modchip.com/ps2/pictures.htm has GH-040-51, don't know how similar it is to 52, though.

I need this as well. After comparing the installation diagram of the Crystal Chip on GH-040-52 to that of the Matrix Infinity on GH-040-51, I'm puzzled as to what exactly changed with the revision.

I just installed a Matrix Infinity (green dot) on a GH-040-52 using the GH-040-51 MI diagram and it works fine so far.

I've got an old v7 PS2, which the install of the Matrix Infinity chip was a sinch, but now I've got a v14 (GH-040-52) and I'm looking at the GH-040-51 diagram and I'm trying to figure out the +3.3v. With the standard 24 AWG wire that I used for the v7, I don't think I can use it on this v14. Can anyone suggest which AWG would be suitable? I just seems as though there's not enough space between the points I need to solder with 24 awg wire.

    -Thanks
