How to fix?

I removed my old chip Duo2 and replaced it with matrix infinity, now its not working....
I have a version 1 PS2, fan is not running and light is blinking red/green. What was wrong with it and how can I fix it?

not trying to be a smart ass, but did you remember to plug the fan back up? if yes, then it's possible you might have blown the fuse to it.
