Help me revive completely dead PS2
Today I found an old (SCPH-30004 R) PS2 in good cosmetic condition in the trash. It's completely dead, not even the red stand-by light turns on. I searched around a bit and found three common faults: blown fuse in the PSU, blown fuse(s) on the motherboard and the silver cable connecting the power button to the motherboard coming loose. The warranty sticker is still intact, so I guess the cable coming loose is out of the question? Can it really become COMPLETELY, stone cold dead by blown fuses on the motherboard? Is there something else I should check besides the things I mentioned?
