Help!

Okay, on a PS2 70012 I installed a alternative flip top. It worked fine. But I have problems, When I use swap magic it is very random, sometimes the disc loads fine, sometimes it sends me to browser and when I load the disc it sends me back again, sometimes it loads to the PS2 logo but the disc never stops spinning. Another problem is when I try to play burnt games E.G KH2FM, the disc spins fast and then slows down over and over again when loading cutscenes and loading up the game. Or even when loading bosses, But offical games work FINE 100%!. I need help, is it the laser or what?

Please Help ASAP, I tried cranking up the laser just a bit. And yet I still have the slowing down and fast problem. Because I have NO problems with swap on my PS2 90001 and same with KH2FM. Another problem is anything like in KH2FM such as the opening scene doesn't even play. It just skips, and the disc has 0 scratches on it. Also the laser doesn't play DVD+r's in which it should from what I've read. From what I know, the laser has a brown back to it.

I've even took the motor from my older 70012 and. Replaced it, and. it didn't even spin with the replacement one., so it must be the laser.

EDIT: I tried to reburn a new copy of KH2FM, it worked! Thanks for NO HELP! My older bro told me to reburn it and yet NOBODY here has told me anything in the past 3 or 2 days!
