Dead ethernet port on v12 slim?
I made a topic about this 3 years ago, but I never got a response, so I'll try again. :chinscrat
I have an old SCPH-70012 PS2 slim here, that I've had for years. The laser died on it a while back[and I've been too cheap to replace it], so I figured I'd use it for OPS2Loader, but I found that the ethernet port seems to have died too. When I plug a cord from the PS2 to my router, the only light comes on is the Link/Act light. The Full/100 lights don't show up. It's an old 100mbps Linksys router. When my PC is connected, all 3 lights are lit up. Is this an indication my PS2's ethernet port is dead, or perhaps a fuse has blown? When I try to ping uLaunchElf after loading the ethernet module[s], Windows just says destination host unreachable. Thanks.
