    Hi
I just bought a brand new control pad off an online auction site it came properly sealed and everything but the d-pad doesn't work properly moving up and right are fine but moving left you have to press very hard and to move down you have to press quite hard. I'm pretty sure the vendor wont replace it, so I was wondering if you guys know of any way to adjust the pressure you need to apply on the pad to make it move?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with this

just open it up and it probebly just need a good old cleaning.
also check contact surfaces on the pcb, if the controlpad has bee wet or so u might need to clean the surfaces with ethanol or some kind of cleaning alcohol.

I got the exact thing on my cellphone. i then realised that my dother (1 year old)
like to put it in her mouth
I opened it up cleaned the contact surfaces and now it works great.
