Broken modchip?

I attempted to solder a crystal chip pro last week but i decided that i wanted to hire someone else instead after soldering a little bit if it is still recoverable.(and doing a mess of it).
There is some white cover that disappeared from my chip and i think a bridge is cut... not too sure. I got some pictures here, could someone tell me if i can still use that chip or must i buy another one? Thanks :

thx, i wasn't too sure about the bridge near the A solder pad.
is there any way to test it before installing?

You can check the chip for continuity with a multimeter. Check surrounding spots and follow the traces to see if anything is bridged or damaged.
