Analog Video (RGB) chip pinout- V0-V5
Someone did PM me about this but I lost the message so here it is ...
NTPAL is the pin used for the famous color fix.
SONGEN (Sync on Green enable) is what I use for my VGA mod.
I take the sync signals from pins 45 and 46 of this chip.
I don't know why Sony uses this analog chip since the digital chip does most of the job. I'm sure thought that this chip is responsible for Y/Pb/Cr and RGB outputs. (Funny enough there's a RGB out from the GS on the early PS2s which means the GS contains an RAMDAC. Newer GS units seem to have no RAMDAC and all signals come from the video encoder.
