2x V13 with problems

Hi to all.
I got here 2 PSTWO, with 2 diferent problems.

The first one came to me with infinity chip and diodes protect, but not reading any DVD/CD. After remove laser and put brand new one, the PS starts reading and goes directly to the image with "please insert playstation2 format disk", even with original DVDs/CDs. After remove Chip and protection and clean board, same result with originals. Also I change the 4 resistor 303 (30k) for new ones 100k, but nothing works...

The second PSTWO came to me with same chip and impextrom protection (on RS output). This one stars reading, and after some reading I get black screen and DVD still spining: example -> with NFSUnderground original, starts reading, I chose language, asks for use memory card, said NO, and got BLACK screen and DVD still spining... tested with others originals, and always same result.
After remove chip, protect and clean same result.

In both cases I've tested brand new lasers in third PSTWO and the lasers work just fine, so I thing problem is not from lasers.
ANy help please?

check the fuses.. cdvd fuses...laser coils.. laser cables...power cable and then share the result with us...
