if i chip my 10000 jap ps2 with a messiah 2 pro can i play pal games on it or wot?

yeah, PAL games have a color fix. To get the correct color these games are forced to NTSC so they are output in NTSC and not in PAL.

Thus the output is always NTSC even if it is a PAL game.

The Messiah 2 install guide for 10000/15000 posted in the FAQ has the colour fix point. if you have a PAL TV connect the point to GND if you have a NTSC TV connect it to 3.45v.
