The update feature on Myth pr isnt really worth any thing as there are no new firmwares to upgrade to,you can only downgrade and upgrade back to 1.82...

Havent tryd Xeno yet but Modbo 745/760 is perfect for me,its very stable if installed properly...

XenoPS didn't work too good for me. Got a pack of 10, first two had terrible boot rates so I just said screw it, sent them all back.

I've only done one XENO PS install, so my experience is going to be limited.

But the chip seemed to be an exact copy of the Modbo 745 (which is a clone of the MI), same layout, install diagram, etc. I see the person who I did the install for at least once a month and he is very happy with it. The boot rate is 100% on the one I did, so I can't comment if there are bad chips out there.

I remember is that there was no XENO logo when booting like the MODBO. I didn't go into the menu of the chip, so I don't know if you can update or change settings and still have functionality.

The one thing I don't get is that this chip is exactly like the MODBO 745, yet it cost a couple $$ more at divineo. One would figure the price is the same unless this has some extra features that the Modbo doesn't.

    Matrix Infinity FW v1.82 - HDLoader 0.8b
    Samsung SpinPoint P SP0802N - 74,5 GB

I believe you can save the settings on the 745 and still have functonality.

Therefore I'm willing to bet you can do the same on the XENO.

I have a modbo 760 wich is the same as 745 only chip form is different but it works great on my v14 console saves changes to settings and everything and autoboots everything I have, pal/ntsc, ps2/psx, orig/import works with everything. but if i could choose i would go with the modbo 745 cause it has a nice square forms and not a crappy looking form like the 760 but that's just me

I´ve got a Xeno PS installed in my V14 Pal PStwo. It got a MI FW 1.82 on it, and i am happy with it. Booting success is bout 100% and dev modes and so on are working like a charm. Even changeing the settings and saving afterwards don´t make any troubles so for me the chip works fine and i just can recommend it.
Please keep in mind that this is just my opinion and i don´t care about if it´s a MI clone or not -> functionality counts for me! Someone mentioned about bad samples, for i only have one of those chips i can´t tell about, mine is just fine!
