Have tray it on V14 slim ....Work 100% her
Installed on a V7. Works fine other than these following points:
- No logo
- After messing with config, saving and pressing reset, it gives RSOD until you turn off the system and turn it on again. Odd and annoying.
Haven't tested upgrades/firmware stuff. Don't wanna risk a chip, even if it's a clone.
it's the same as modbo745, which gives RSOD after playing with config and pressing reset, the PS2 won't boot anything until you turn off the power.
i have also tested with modbo750 and it does not have this particular problem. the only thing is that 750 displays no logo when playing PS1 games.
It works great, just bought a PS2 Slim with this Chip and it boots everything!
Installed it in my V14 PS2 Slim. Works fine.
Hi,
I already installed many of xenops and it works fine. But i had a problem with v4 model. So i installed a duo3 on this one.
BTW someone have the diagram for xenops for the scph-77001 ? I think it's v15 version. Or maybe i can use the MI diagram ?
thanks

same here, can't seem to get it to work in a v4 god know's y
The modbo 745 has the same problem, it doesn't work on V4. Since both the XENO PS and Modbo 745 are the same clone chip neither should work on V4.
Did you try to connect all the wires on the chip? I looked at the diagrams for the Matrix Infinity and noticed there's no G wire connected. Try connecting that and see what happens.
Yesterday i installed xenops on a scph-77001 new model slim (gh-051-02). I used the matrix diagram and it work!
So probably that the v4 diagram is wrong. Next time i'use the matrix diagram. G and H are not connected.
Bye
