wtf going on with the h20+, are they all duds??

just been on thier site and seen this:-

"The H2O+ is here! - BAD BATCH

Seems that the first produced batch of the H2O+ has defective PCBs. If You have one, feel free to send it back for exchange with your supplier. The problem is being fixed, Defect free PCBs will be shipping in 3-4 weeks. (2nd half of march) "

now does this mean they're all fcuked??? i've just got 5 from divieno cn, is it worth me trying them?? has anyone actually been able to send them back??
