will an M.2 chip play PAL?

hey, just woundering if my M.2 chip is able to play PAL games?

Messiah 2? No. How would it be able to? It's like a Duo 2 SE. Matrix Infinity is getting close to full PAL 2 NTSC conversion though. The y-axis is stretch a bit but they said they will fix that.

They consist of old method of converting which does not work. I tried patching GT4 Prologue with everything out there. No sucess.

Ok the game was PAL I was trying to convert it to NTSC. THere were a lot of programs I had to use but I do not remember the name because they were so useless. But they have both out there. NTSC to PAL, PAL to NTSC, but it only works for some games. =).
