whirling electrons in main menu

I just installed a magic 3 in a v7 ntsc and it seems that everything is working fine. The question that I have is that when i boot up the whirling electrons work fine but when i get into where it asks me to go into browser or system configuration the electron freezes in the same spot everytime. the menus still work but i'm just wondering if this is normal.

The clock was reset when you installed the magic 3. Just set the time and the electrons should start moving again.

Yes if see one big electron the need to set the time and date
