i can tell you the worst place, www.videogamecompany.com. i ordered mine from there just after chrsitmas, did not get it while february, didn't work so sent it back and despite being told 5 times that it had been shipped it had not, finally got it back around end of march, don't go there.

I got mine from www.modtek.co.uk in December 2003 and haven't any problems with it or any problems with modtek. I dont know how they compare to the other sites though as I haven't used them.

I live right near a chip installer here... He lives in Epsom (if you know where that is).. I dropped my ps2 round there for a laser fix and a dms3 install and it works perfectly and he ahs good prices... He's a mod on dms3.com forums his nick is "dugga".. I'm sure he could do a premod!
