Where & How Modchips

Hello all!
I am new to this forum. I have a PS2 PAL SCPH-39003. I think this is a V.7 model.

I am looking for a reliable modchip site that will send me cheap working modchips into the UK, to install into my PS2. Looking to spend around about Â£20. Can anyone help me please...

I am thinking of buy a reliable modchip on an internet website, that will send to the UK. The modchip by itself, then I will install the modchip myself.
