Where to find Apple chips and will they work in V1 and V3, 020 bios systems

Looking for Apple chips (dealers and diagrams) to mod PS2 V1 and V3, 020 bios systems if it is possible.

Also, any feedback on people that have this type mod in their systems.....ie what works and doesn't work
