If you have enough money, you could order in bulk straight from the team you want chips from.....you have to have $$$ to do that, though...if not, foundmy.com is probably your best bet for bulk.

I've been satisfied with divineo.cn. Got some NH7s from them, working 100% perfect (they even hold up to really poor installs!) Also some hot deals on Aladdin Advance, if you do that stuff too.

They have the bulk pricing on the site, too, which helps.

Don't forget that shipping from China to elsewhere is $$$. Don't order anything but modchips or you'll be paying horrible amounts for shipping! Shipping from there to Canada takes about 10 - 12 days.
