What are those strange XO-2's connectors for?

I just got a XO-2 and noticed some connectors named TDI, TMS, TCK, TDO.

Are they for any use?

As you can see in the installation diagrams those pads aren't used, so i think that they are used for factori programation, just like in the messiah chip
