    Hi all,
    I have a PS2 that im gona chip with a Magic 3.1 it says it a 30003 R
    but when looked for the diagrams none match it
    The board number is GH 015 and it a replacement from sony for a faulty one

    Hmm, That's quite strange as most R models are Version 5 or 6 ps2s and some are even Version 4s...
    Are you sure you're looking at the right diagrams?

    Hi Again
    yep it very similar to a version 5/6 board except the chip (SCE1) that you solder points m, n, o , p, to is not the same as the diagrams that I have as it has a gap in the middle
