will the duo 3 work? and will it come with a guide?

and matrix greendot on mrmodchip.co.uk the bottom of this page says...

it does,m i think you need to flash... them dont know jack about the chip if they say that.

comes blank,you need to update with 1.88 firmware after install,legally in UK you cannot supply modchips with hacked original bios etc(i think) so mostly you get themj blank etc.......... again i may be wrong

Its probably the homebrew green dot which needs to be reflashed in order to do anything with it.

can you tell me if v14 of the slim need the neo fix?

v14 already has an intergrated fix. You do not need any fix for the v13+.
