Since dms firmware 1.7 which was made by the old DMS team. Have you seen any new features added to the DMS or have they just been busy trying to fix up bugs they created themselves? I rest my case.
I miss the old DMS team. Those were real modchip guys. Sjeep should have stayed making software. The dms+ is a complete failure from a technical standpoint. Users complaining of their flashes locking up, they can't revert to their old flash. HDD Explorer not working and dev1 mode not working. What better can you expect out of the DMS4?
Get a crystal chip. At least you know what you're getting. The flashes are also open source so I see an unlimited potential in upgrades instead of waiting for some group to fix issues or add features.
crystal chip all the way !
Sorry for Off-Topic, but I second that.Originally Posted by agentboolen

u Might have a point there-Did i mention this will be my first chip PS2<<<<<<<<<NOOB. My only research was the future & what the majority of Dev' seem to have post that i have read. I wanted a chip that requried lees skill & more productivity. I know that the ICE for XBOX is the best but there is still so much disparity in the PS2 family.
A chip that requires less skill? What do you mean by that? If you mean the installation, then all current modchips require pretty much the same soldering level. And if you mean how to boot backups... no comment.Originally Posted by x..RAzOR..x
I think i would like a Crystal Chip on my new PSTwo. I need to find a installer i don't have enough soldering skill to do that job![]()
