If Duo3 is a clone as well(which is what I have read through out the forum), why not just get a Modbo which has many more features? I don't know much about the individual chips or anything, but from what I read, it makes a lot more sense to do that, than to get the Duo3 which is a clone of an ICE chip and has less features.

The modbo is a true clone. It also is not upgradable and has poor support. Get an Infinity ... not like its expensive at around $30

Ask yourself why is it a clone? What modchip did it copy? It uses free ice code! Don't just read falsified information and spread it like aids.

Does the modbo or duo3 work with a hard drive?
Do they have the same features as the matrix infinity?
What would be a acceptable price for these chips?

tester, just get the Matrix Infinity. It's one of the best chip out there and you can't go wrong with it.

I never claimed it as true, I just said that's what I gathered from reading the forums.

I've had not luck with modbo. The one I had booted 3 times, wouldn't boot backups, and then gave me a green screen and stopped. My next chip will be a matrix.

depends on what model you have, i would recommend octapus 3d & modbo 745/760.

for newer model modbo 760 seems pretty good. i would worry too much about the upgradability as most bugs have been addressed
Ref +: psaras, marcus21, sirusxXx, gamecubesuxs

try ghost2 modchip, its available at consolesource.com for $20! its almost half the price of cc/dms/mi! and it has upgradable firmware. check out its website. i think it is ghost2.net , if not try searching for ghost2 on google
