I installed a Crystal chip on V7 (GH-017) Ps2 and worked fine(flashed it and everything)...Next day the I try to boot I get not Video and the DVD-Tray doensn't Eject or seem to spin...The fan is working and when I power on the reset light is red (so i know there is power)..If I hit the Eject nothing happens, If I hit reset then it acts like its going to reset (it does the quick flicker on the screen) but then nothing happens...

    Thanks

Yes, use the multimeter. If you don't get a reading then it's blown.

What are they suppose to measure and do you measuer them with power On or Off? And what size should I be looking for when I go to radioshack?

My last questions is I heard that sometimes is the BA chip that causes this, if so how do i know the difference and will any BA chip work.

Power off. You measure the ohms. I'm not sure if you could find an smd fuse at radioshack. Right now, you have the symptoms of a dead BA chip, I'm not aware of any other way to check if the BA chip is ok or not.

Check for continuity on both sides of the fuse, and check to see if Pin 8 on the BA chip is shorted to ground, if it is then the BA chip is shot...

I got the continuity check thing down but I'm not sure what you mean by if Pin 8 is shorted to ground, how would I know that and where does Pin 1 start?
