What is the best MOD-CHIP and who do I get it off in OZ

G'day all
I just brought a PS2 for my daughter (age 10) and me of course and the I've seen the way she treats my PS1 CDs so I'm going to backup the games and let her mess up the DVD-Rs.
I've been from one end of the net to the other looking for the best mod-chip and I'm throughly confused.

So please can you give me some guidence?

My PS2 is a "SCPH-50002 (AU3)" which I think is a V9?

Which Mod chip is the best for this one? (Want to play the backed up games and backups of our DVDs and the backups of the PS1 games.)

Where is the BEST/Reliable/trustworth source for the mod-chip when ordering from Australia?

I did have a search around but I was unsure if mine was a V9 or even how to tell. Also there may have been something new that was better so I thought I'd ask.

BUT I still need to know who is reputable in Australia or overseas I've read a lot about the rip-off merchants and don't want to get caught.

they have pay pal listed so if you have a paypal account there shouldn't be any way of getting ripped off by them.
