    i mod 7+ ps2 so far everytime is one try success however, all of them after mod the rumble won't work i know the fuse blown why? why all of them have same problem?

    i use DMS4 pro and DMS4 Lite, will it happen if i use different modchip? i moded on PS2 slim and V9/V10 and V7 and V5s

    all of them have same problem and the fuse are expensive... unless someone can tell me where to get them cheap..i am paying 10$ for 5 fuses

    Buy broken consoles and rip them out. I pick up DDE ps2's on ebay all the time for $20-30 and occasionally they are good systems. Check your installs and make sure they work fine... a problem like this is too specific.

    I think you're soldering something incorrectly. That's why the fuse is blown. It's funny that all 7 of those ps2s have burnt fuse though, so I might check your controller instead.

    well all are working perfect beside the controller part... i belive is the ruimble fuse...

    Did you try another controller? It could be the controller not the rumble fuse.

    all controller are different tried at least 30+ controller since all for different customer...

    i first thought is the DMS4 chip took too much voltage off the 3V rail as result the increase of current blow the fuse,,,but i still not sure

    Check all fuses on the board using a multimeter. You might have more than one blown fuse.
