I picked up a cheap heat gun at the hardware store... they get hotter than a blow dryer, so I find they do the job quicker and easier. Point is, heat up the glue to the point that peeling is simple.

I found the best method was to take my PSTwo out to the workbench, put some nice soft padding in the vice, put my ps2 in the vice between the soft padding (make sure you don't tighten the vice too much) and then use the hairdryer/peel method on it.

Atleast that way you have your PS2 on a nice stable platform and the label right there infront of you ready to be peeled. You can also have the hairdryer in one hand and be peeling with the other, without having to keep the PS2 steady at the same time. Heat up the label and start peeling, but because you can control the hairdryer you can turn it off when it gets too hot (or aim it away) and then turn it back on for more heat.

Me too! And it's a good thing... I installed 6 Infinities in the new V12, and 4 had to be returned for refunds. Would have been screwed without intact warranty labels.

How would you actually save them? Like placing them on wax paper or something?

    Yep, wax paper is great.

My sons have sticker books, so I snagged a page from one and use it to store labels.
