i think after editing, you can slim it down to 30 minutes... Just like on the cooking shows, where they take the premade shit out of the oven and it is done... You don't have to show the soldering of identical points 8 times, just once, a before and after and you should be good for each set.

I think after doing the 2 that I have, I can install one in about 1.5 hours. I have 2 more I am installing in a few weeks, so I should get even quicker. As soon as my xbox chip gets here, I am doing one of those too. Maybe I will turn on the camcorder :P

It will be difficult to show people how to install a direct boot chip there are skills needed that you cannot provide with a video. Most of the work is done under magnifacation of some kind. As it is almost impossible to see most of the points with accuracy with the naked eye. At best you will be able to provide important tips for people attemping a install. Most direct boot chips take about a hour to install with no break and if everything goes well. This may be a long video you guys wish to produce.

That's a very good idea.. while disassembling the ps2, those girls strip at the mean time. Then get those naked girls to do the solder job, then reassemble the ps2 and they dress up again
