VERY confused require help finding Install Diagram

I bought a red pcb Magic II with V3 sticker on it from modchips.ca
Their site is very confusing, and even when I "think" I have the right diagram to install the Magic II for my unit, the pictures are too blury for detailed work. Can someone PLEASE direct me to the proper install diagram for my unit. Here are the details of my box.
Model SCPH-30001
Serial: U126
Barcode: PT1126
Number on Board is GH-005
Number on what I believe is the BIOS is 2000 SCEI
D110 020 16M

Please, someone help show me a definate install diagram for this critter. Hopefully the easiest possible
