I will try and keep this quick. I modded a version 10 PS2 with a Magic V.
The system worked fine for two days. On the third day the system would not read and format of disk (original or back-up, CD or DVD). The hub just spins with no apparent disk activity. I removed the chip and the problem remains.
Does anyone have any solutions or places to check?
