Check the bios chip, the slightest bridge (even one that is invisable to the naked eye) will cause this problem!

Get a smal pin and scrap in between the chip legs are re-test your console and see if that helps!

have you double checked all the legs on the LA - its easy for one of them to not make proper contact after replacing the chip.

Checked the bios, no problem, the console is going to the browser.

Checked all LA connection and all good.
Also, I changed the LA and tested out with a replacement LA with flexboard, same

Really strange, nobody did have the same problem ?
    Thanks for helping

Usually it's because the legs of the LA chip aren't making proper contact. Otherwise, it could be a fuse. Alternatively, something is stuck in one of the cogs that turn to open/close the tray. I had a machine this week where someone had spilt superglue on the cogs, so they were glued shut.
    South Africa. Repairs, chips etc.

It's booting to tyhe browser, I didn't try to put a disc, concentrating on the eject tray first.
Will check with the disc spinning, worst case would be a flip cover

    Thanks
