v9 magicV colored bars problem

Hi,
Modded V9 with Magic V50k and it boots both dvd-rs and cdr-rs but most of the time when I turn it on I get this colored bar screen with a high pitched sound.
I have seen this before but I can't remember what was causing it.
I thought it was a "R" or "Y" wire issue but I have rerouted these both and taped them up as well.
Anyone else remember what causes this?

people have said it's the chip. but I'd check those i-a wires
