V9 failure prevention??
On the new instructions of the Mars 501C, they wrote that in order to protect the LA chip, the controler wires should not cross eachother and be short as possible...
Plus none of the mars 501 that I installed (around 50) that have less than 5cm wires soltered tidy (see picture) on the controler has failed.
Could this be a precaution to V9 failures???
I have also taken to adding a heat sink to the LB chip near the reset point.
I did too, until I did a temp test that shown that the LB does never reach temp higher than the ambient tempreture (between the heatsink and the board)
