V7 Pal whit messiah2 laser problem

Hi all!!! I've a PS2 V7 PAL whit installed the messiah2 chip, this ps2 it's new .... i've them only from around 30 days.
The problem is booting a game on original dvd or on dvd-r ...
When the ps2 is turned off from 1 or 2 hours, the first time that i turn on them, any dvd or dvd-r run whitout problems, but after 10-15 minutes, the laser scratch :-( and then don't boot any dvd or dvd-r.

what can i do for this problem??? i'v tryed a laser adjustment, but nothing to do

Are wires being compressed by the case and eventually touch at their ends?

Is the fan working?

yes, i've tryed to do 2 times the installation of the messiah 2 whit the point of messiah2.com pdf manual and i've changed all the wires.
Yes the fan work correctly.

The only test that i've not do is try original dvd games whitout the messiah2 but if than the ps2 run fine??? I've just changed 2 messiah2 on my v7
