v7 not reading anything

i have a v7 gh-019 and it wont read anything it was chipped with a messiah 2 pro firmware v1.08. 0245 with the via drilled out.

it worked ok for a bit but while trying to get the free hdloader to work it died and would not read anything.

i checked the laser and found that one of the coils was down to 1.5 ohms
so i bought a new khs-400c for it and it still wont read any disks.

so i took the chip out and still does the same thing

i checked ps11 and that seems fine the laser is getting power and its spinning just dont seem to boot anything.

could this be one of the ba chips gone or anything else i have not checked?

did u install a brand new laser? where the shorts removed from the laser?

does it read ps1 or pw2 originals?

NO. A friend that have moded my ps2 did it 3 weeks ago, and have not had the time to check if the laser is gone. Sorry fore posting it a little wrong.
The problem is: - After following the instructions from messiah2 manual, i got
it back and put el on it. All worked fine, exept the booting.
I did not get anything to work.Not with cd or without cd.
Not a picture was on the TV??

After thinking a LITTLE. I use the original tv cable that followed the PS2.
On the PS1 i had to put on a new improwed cable to get it working.

Sorry fore the inconvinience.Please come up with a solution.

And a little info that i missed : The chip is out now and the PS2 don`t Boot
at al. The fan and all the lights and the
CD case work perfect.
