V7 mod not working but ps2 works still fine

Hi all

i modded befor and worked now it is very strainge

it looks like chip dont work at all but chip does get 5 volts
i soldered 2 long wires to gnd and 5 volt to test ( so long it comes out of the ps2 )

it gets 5 volts so chip is activated i think
but ps1 one original boot instandly and dvd r movie the same but dvd r movie should not boot directly


but ps2 dvd r not work ps2 dvd rips dont work ( cdr )
they do find the cds since red screen disapeers

and i shorted all wires almost as short as posible maybe one wire can go max 1 cm shorted but most cant get shorter then a view MM

i realy dont understand why it isnt working

can somebody help me big thx in advance

also double checked the wires
for the wires i use AWG 30

it are SX chips

maybe one of the wires came loose? try checking all the points with a multimeter.

but i also read something about new bios in the ice code read me file about the updates

that they updated the v7/v8 090 bios
but in the readme of ice 0.8x and i have 0.84 inside the chip..

but i hope to recive updated chips this week
iam 99 % sure all wires are correct will make a picture ;D
