Hey I installed a Magic V on a V7.. And when i boot up a burnt game its really weird about it, sometimes it will boot, somtimes it wont... I have looked it over a few times now.. And I was wondering if any of you pros knew what my problem might be... It will boot a real game flawlessly...I got it to boot a burnt game once when i turned the DVD speed up to high... Could this be a lazer problem or a install problem... Thanx for you input (if you have any)

I am using sony dvd-r's and i am burning them @ 2x... This PS2 is for my nephew, I have the same mod chip and same V7 PS2, and the games work perfect in it... I am stumped.. I took the chip out, i am gonna try puttin it back in and see if this makes a difference or not... also i am using the same guage wire for the power and ground.. It worked on my ps2... dunno if it makes a big difference or not... Thanx
