v7 Dvd drive help

got a 39002, aussie PAL version.
moded with HK messiah2
whenever i put any CDs/DVDs game, originals.
lights on normally and eject too.
the disc just not spin.

still not spin after removing the chip.
checked all fuses haven't blow.
pls help me..

you sure you have all ribbon canles plugged in good? check the cd/dvd soldering points.
