Hi everyone maybe someone can help me here.
I have a V7 with a DMS3 V2.0, after i install the chip and turn on the ps2 i get a flicker and then nothing but black screen.
I read around the forum about checking the bios connection making sure nothing touch and nothing is. If i remover the chip it's back to normal with PS2 logo and run games fine. Only with the chip in i get the black screen. I read about it could be fuses or the BA chip but if it work without the mod then i can't be those problem right?

    Any solution to this?

    Thanks

if you removed the mod and the ps2 regains it's normal state it's not the ba or fuse it indicates a bad install.

make sure your power and ground wire's are thick enough and make sure wire's d and e are seperated and ground wrapped to stop ground bounce effect on these 2 wire's.

    Thanks EnTiTy
I tried moving the wires the ground is no where close to those two and i still get the same thing, could there be any otherproblems?
This is not the first time i installed the chip it's like the sixth time i just recently took it out to try and redo it to stop it from the freezing problem i got but since then i keep getting the blck screen if the chip is in.
i'll try rewire it now all togrther again.
please let me know if there can be any other problem that can occure

    Thanks
