    it seems to boot up fine, and boots discs, but there is no video or audio at all... wires are correctly soldered, checked million times...

    How do you know it boots fine if you don't see video? I'm guessing you bridged some bios pins.

    i measured bios pins, no shorts... well gotta solder one more time... you can hear when it boots disc ok.

    If the disc is spinning and making noise that doens't mean that the chip is booting.

    I did 1 v7 with the same problem... the problam was something on the metal plate over the chip was touching the chip.... Ive removed the center small screw and all was OK.... kinda strange but you may try

    Oh, yeah that's obvious, everyone should put a piece of paper or something over the chip so it won't ground itself with the metal casing.
