V7-8 no video?

Hi Guys.

Can anybody give me any suggestions about this I was given this ps2 from a friend as scrap. It's never been modded or touched in any way except it's been opened. The problem is there's no video, I've got audio and the games boot up. I've checked all the fuses there fine, also all the cables seem ok. Any clues?

The port which the AV cable connects to might be busted, check that.

There's continuity between the pins in the port and the board so I'm assuming it's ok there looked like some dry joints so I've resoldered them but still no good.
